Delicious Garlic Bread

This is another easy to make recipe your family will love. It goes great with my husbands spaghetti recipe, look for it to post soon!


Ingredients

1 - Small stick of Garlic Butter, recipe below

1 - Loaf of Fresh Sourdough Bread

1 - Fresh Basil Leaves

2 - Tablespoons of grated Parmesan


Directions

Cut garlic butter into small squares. Melt and apply garlic butter to bread halves (bake until golden brown @ 350 degrees). Remove from the oven and drizzle with olive oil and Parmesan to desired taste.


Ingredients for Garlic Butter

2 - Garlic Heads

1 - Olive Oil

1 - Pound of Butter

1/2 Cup - Mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon - Salt

1 Tablespoon - Italian Seasoning

1/2 Tablespoon - Parsley Leaves

3/4 Tablespoon - Red Peppers (crushed)

2/3 Cup - Grated Parmesan

Slice off the tops of the garlic heads and place them in a piece of aluminum foil, drizzle them with olive oil, mix the remaining season with salt and pepper. Place the mixture in the oven for about 45 min to an hour.

Once this is done, place the roasted garlic into a mixing bowl. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix evenly. Place in the refrigerator until use.
